We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the brickwork package on a major new-build residential development in Southwark. This £80m flagship scheme is a high-profile project in the heart of London, and the brickwork element alone is valued at £3.5m.
As the dedicated Site Manager for the brickwork package, you will take full responsibility for managing subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, monitoring progress against programme, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. You'll be reporting to the Project Manager and will play a key role in the smooth delivery of this critical package.
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site brickwork activities
- Ensure all works are completed to the required quality standards and on programme
- Manage subcontractor performance and site logistics
- Liaise with the commercial and design teams as required
