We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the day-to-day on-site delivery of a major residential-led development in Central London. The successful candidate will report into both the Project Manager and Project Director, playing a key role in driving site performance, quality and safety across all workstreams.

The project is a high-profile, large-scale development delivering several hundred units, with high-quality specifications and significant amenity components. Working in a constricted central London environment, this role will suit a proactive, hands-on site leader who thrives in complex urban builds.

The Project

  • Large-scale residential-led scheme with extensive accommodation provision and amenity spaces
  • Delivery of high-quality internal and external finishes
  • Complex build in a central London setting with logistical and coordination challenges
  • Aiming for high sustainability credentials and excellent build standards

The Role

  • Lead and manage day-to-day on-site delivery of the development
  • Report directly to the Project Manager and Project Director
  • Provide strong site leadership across all trades and activities
  • Drive compliance with programme, quality, health & safety and commercial targets
  • Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners to deliver key milestones
  • Proactively resolve on-site issues and maintain high build standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes
  • Demonstrable ability to lead site teams and manage complex site logistics
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality controls and programme management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a central London environment
