We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the day-to-day on-site delivery of a major residential-led development in Central London. The successful candidate will report into both the Project Manager and Project Director, playing a key role in driving site performance, quality and safety across all workstreams.
The project is a high-profile, large-scale development delivering several hundred units, with high-quality specifications and significant amenity components. Working in a constricted central London environment, this role will suit a proactive, hands-on site leader who thrives in complex urban builds.

The Role

- Report directly to the Project Manager and Project Director

- Proactively resolve on-site issues and maintain high build standards
