An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a leading main contractor on a major data centre development in North London. This is a fast-paced project with piling works due to commence imminently on the next phase of the development, offering long-term work and excellent progression opportunities within a growing business.

The Role

You will play a key role in managing engineering activities across multiple work fronts, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high-quality standard. The position will suit someone confident operating within demanding construction environments and capable of coordinating with site teams, subcontractors and management effectively.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in frame and structural works
  • Previous experience working on large-scale projects such as data centres, industrial or commercial schemes
  • Confident using surveying instruments and setting out equipment
  • Able to work across multiple work areas simultaneously
  • Experience working within fast-paced construction environments
  • Strong understanding of QA procedures and associated paperwork
  • High standards of presentation and professionalism on site
  • Ability to maintain quality-focused delivery throughout all stages of construction
