Senior Engineer – Groundworks & Drainage\\n\\n📍 Aylesbury | 💷 £20m Industrial Project | 🗓 Start by March\\n\\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer (or a strong Engineer ready to step up) to join a major £20m industrial development in Aylesbury, consisting of 5 industrial units on a large, complex site.\\n\\nProject Overview\\n\\n * Large brownfield site with existing slabs\\n\\n * Adjacent to residential flats\\n\\n * Live sewer diversion running through the site\\n\\n * Extensive groundworks, remediation, and ground improvement prior to main foundations\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Managing and coordinating complex drainage and sewer diversion works\\n\\n * Engineering input into groundworks, remediation earthworks, and vibro piling\\n\\n * Strong control of setting out, policing works on site, and checking records\\n\\n * Overseeing QA, ITPs, paperwork, and technical compliance\\n\\n * Ensuring engineering activities remain well organised, accurate, and on programme\\n\\n * Close coordination with site team, subcontractors, and design teams\\n\\nKey Experience Required\\n\\n * Proven experience on groundworks-heavy projects\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of drainage, sewer diversions, and ground improvement techniques\\n\\n * Experience with vibro piling and remediation works\\n\\n * Excellent attention to detail with QA and technical checking\\n\\n * Ability to work on constrained or sensitive sites\\n\\nIdeal Candidate\\n\\n * Senior Engineer or Engineer ready to take the next step\\n\\n * Proactive, organised, and technically strong\\n\\n * Comfortable taking ownership of engineering activities on site\\n\\n📍 Location: Aylesbury
