A leading Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team and take over a live new-build residential project based in Canada Water, London. The scheme is a reinforced concrete (RC) frame residential development, now topped out, with approximately one year remaining until completion. The successful candidate will oversee the remaining works, ensuring a high-quality finish, strong progress against programme, and seamless coordination between subcontractors and the client team.
Key Responsibilities
