A leading Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team and take over a live new-build residential project based in Canada Water, London. The scheme is a reinforced concrete (RC) frame residential development, now topped out, with approximately one year remaining until completion. The successful candidate will oversee the remaining works, ensuring a high-quality finish, strong progress against programme, and seamless coordination between subcontractors and the client team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day site operations, managing all subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Drive programme delivery and maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee internal and external works, ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Manage client, consultant, and design team relationships.
  • Report progress, risks, and issues directly to senior management.
