A top-tier main contractor is urgently seeking a Project Manager with strong healthcare experience to support ongoing and upcoming tender opportunities. This is a key hire due to a shortage of in-house healthcare PMs and reflects the business’s growing pipeline of complex healthcare work.
You will play a vital role in the pre-construction and bidding phases of major healthcare projects, typically valued around £50M, with a focus on P21/P22 framework schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical and logistical planning of tenders for large healthcare schemes.
- Support bid teams with buildability, sequencing, logistics, and programme input.
- Coordinate with estimators, planners, and design teams to ensure fully developed and competitive submissions.
- Attend client interviews and presentations as required.
- Review and advise on contract conditions (NEC) and risk mitigation strategies.
