In just six months since inception, the company has secured three major schemes valued between £6–20M, with a pipeline of tenders for projects in the £30–60M range, and two landmark schemes valued at £100M+. The Role As Project Director, you will not be a traditional site-based figure – you will be the leader who sets the standard. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring programs are on track, quality is uncompromised, and client expectations are exceeded. You will play a central role in tender strategy, project leadership, and client engagement, as well as mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the division. You may take ownership of one of the secured schemes already on site, or lead one of the significant projects currently being tendered. Either way, your influence will extend beyond individual projects to the overall culture and processes of the business. Key Responsibilities * Oversee multiple large-scale fit out projects, ensuring delivery on program, budget, and quality. * Lead tender strategy and support successful bid outcomes. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your existing network for business benefit. * Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a winning Tier 1 culture. * Monitor project performance, identifying risks and opportunities at a glance. * Help shape the division’s operational processes as a key member of the senior leadership team. About You * A proven Project Director (or Senior Project Manager ready to step up) with Tier 1 experience. * Track record of delivering major London fit out projects (£20M+). * Strong program management ability – able to see immediately whether projects are on or behind schedule. * Deep understanding of tender strategy and commercial drivers. * Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality. * Established relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain in the London fit out sector. * A natural leader who inspires confidence and can be trusted to deliver.
