The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of six key MEP trades, ensuring effective cost control and commercial performance throughout the project. Key Responsibilities * Manage the commercial delivery of six MEP subcontract packages. * Prepare, review and agree valuations. * Process subcontractor applications and payments. * Monitor costs, variations and change control processes. * Ensure commercial procedures and contractual obligations are followed. * Work closely with the Project, Site and MEP teams to maintain programme and budget objectives. * Requirements * Previous experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor on commercial construction projects. * Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical subcontract packages. * Experience managing subcontract valuations, variations and procurement. * Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment.
