They are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on a major project at Gatwick Airport. The Role: You will take full commercial responsibility for the M&E delivery of a £21m Pier Extension project. Working closely with the Project Director, you will oversee procurement, contract administration, payments, and cost management. You’ll lead two Quantity Surveyors on the scheme and ensure all commercial activities are delivered in line with NEC contract requirements.
