Job Ad – Senior Commercial Manager (Gatwick) Position: Senior Commercial Manager Location: Gatwick Salary: £100,000 – £110,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Contract: Permanent Sector: Specialist M&E Contractor (part of a £2BN Group) The Company: We are representing a specialist M&E contractor, part of a £2BN turnover group, who deliver high-profile, complex projects across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on a major project at Gatwick Airport. The Role: You will take full commercial responsibility for the M&E delivery of a £21m Pier Extension project. Working closely with the Project Director, you will oversee procurement, contract administration, payments, and cost management. You’ll lead two Quantity Surveyors on the scheme and ensure all commercial activities are delivered in line with NEC contract requirements.
