Job Title: M&E Surveyor Location: Reading Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 + package Start Date: Immediate Project Length: Until 2027 The Company Our client is a highly respected MEP subcontractor delivering a £41m mechanical, electrical, and public health package on a major £200m+ scheme in Reading. Working alongside a Tier 1 main contractor, they are renowned for delivering complex, large-scale projects to the highest standard. The Role As the M&E Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the MEP package, ensuring profitability, accurate cost control, and strong contractual performance. You will work closely with the on-site commercial team and liaise with the main contractor to ensure the smooth delivery of this high-profile project.
