About the Project:
This flagship residential scheme is a high-rise development set in a prime Central London location. The project features state-of-the-art design, sustainable construction, and luxury living standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the £100M scheme.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and London building codes.
- Monitor risk, resolve site challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior management and investors.
Qualifications & Experience:
