I'm looking for surveyors to join a Major Tier One Contractor. The role requires a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience delivering complex projects valued at £100m–£500m+ across London. Proven background working with Tier One main contractors on major schemes covering commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare and infrastructure. Strong in procurement, cost reporting, subcontract management, value engineering and maintaining rigorous cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Recognised for clear communication, proactive risk management and dependable commercial leadership.
