Overview: We are seeking an experienced External Site Manager with a strong engineering background to join a large-scale student accommodation project in South London. The role will focus on the delivery of external works on a major RC frame scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage external works packages from inception through to completion
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors on site
- Drive programme delivery and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance are maintained
- Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth integration with RC frame and associated works
Required Experience:
- Proven experience delivering RC frame packages on large-scale projects
- Background in engineering or strong technical understanding of construction delivery
