We’re currently supporting a leading main contractor in their search for a BIM Coordinator to join a flagship £500M scheme in Brent Cross. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile, large-scale scheme with long-term career prospects.
The Role
As BIM Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and coordinating digital design information across the project lifecycle. Working closely with the Design and Delivery teams, you’ll ensure BIM processes are implemented effectively and drive collaboration across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP)
- Support the implementation of BIM standards in line with ISO 19650
- Manage and review federated models to identify clashes and design issues
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow
- Assist in the production and management of BEPs, MIDPs, and TIDPs
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with project and client requirements
- Support site teams with model-based coordination and issue resolution
About You
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role within construction
- Strong working knowledge of BIM processes and standards (ISO 19650)
- Proficient in tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and common data environments
- Experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
