We are seeking an experienced and proactive Design Manager to join our clients team and lead the design delivery of a significant multi-phase timber frame residential development in the Thanet District. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality housing scheme from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with the project team, consultants, local authorities, and subcontractors, you will ensure the design process is effectively coordinated, technically compliant, and delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the design process across all phases of the development.
- Lead design team meetings and drive design progress to meet project milestones.
