A well-established Tier 2 Main Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Internals Manager to join a flagship 50m Later Living development based near Reading. This is a key site-based role overseeing the full internal fit-out package across a large-scale RC frame residential scheme.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the project from drylining and 1st fix stages through to practical completion. The role requires someone capable of managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously while driving programme, quality, and health.
