We’re seeking an experienced and driven Construction Manager to join our dynamic Fit Out team based in London. Specialising in high-end commercial office fit outs for blue-chip clients, our work transforms spaces into cutting-edge environments where businesses thrive.

About the Role

As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of complex fit out projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, overseeing key project areas and driving performance from planning through to completion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of a designated section or phase of the project, reporting to the Project Manager or Project Director.
  • Bringing strong knowledge of fit out construction methods and building services.
  • Managing health, safety, and environmental standards to the highest level.
  • Delivering works in line with the project’s Quality Plan.
  • Coordinating works to meet programme milestones through collaborative planning with the supply chain.
  • Managing site logistics and associated teams.
  • Interpreting and applying all relevant design details for your work section.
