We’re seeking a high-calibre Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a complex Trimo panel façade package on a flagship £50 million+ project in Reading – on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a highly detailed, architecturally ambitious façade on a major commercial scheme. You’ll join a forward-thinking delivery team at a critical stage of the programme and help push one of the region’s most exciting projects over the line. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the façade package (Trimo panels) from site setup to completion * Manage and coordinate specialist subcontractors and ensure smooth integration with other trades * Take full ownership of QA – ensuring all works are fully documented, inspected, and signed off to the highest standards * Drive programme, quality, and H&S compliance in line with main contractor expectations * Lead interface coordination between design, procurement, logistics, and installation * Report progress to senior leadership and contribute to key client/consultant meetings What We’re Looking For: * Hungry, ambitious, and delivery-focused – someone looking to grow within a Tier 1 main contractor environment * Proven track record managing façade or cladding packages (ideally including Trimo or similar panelised systems) * A strong handle on QA systems and processes – this is a key deliverable * Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills * A hands-on problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile setting
