Partnering with one of Europe's leading main contractors, we are recruiting an Electrical Lead to deliver a state-of-the-art Health project near Kings Cross in London.
Our client has been established for 100+ years with a successful track record delivering major projects across the UK and Europe in health, commercial, data centres, and public sector, up to £1 billion, earning them one of the most reputable names in UK construction. Their health division has a full workbook over the next few years, providing consistent work locally in the area with huge commercial upside to capitalize on, with strong progression accessible for the successful candidate.
Scope for this position will be leading the Electrical function of the project, working closely with the MEP Lead to deliver a MEP package in excess of £50 million. You will be leading the electrical packages, working with subcontractors and key stakeholders from preconstruction through to delivery. Technically, you will need to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects of a similar scale within the health, labs, or life science sector.
