Location: Near Bicester Village, Oxfordshire π Contract: Fixed-term (60 weeks) About the Role A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Document Controller / Site Administrator to join their project team on a 60-week fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a major construction project near Bicester Village, ensuring smooth document control and efficient site administration. Key Responsibilities πΉ Document Control: * Manage and maintain project documentation using the companyβs EDMS (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite, or similar). * Ensure all drawings, RFIs, specifications, and reports are up to date, correctly stored, and distributed. * Maintain version control and ensure only the latest documents are in circulation. * Assist in ensuring compliance with project protocols, industry regulations, and company procedures. πΉ Site Administration: * Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, minute-taking, and report preparation. * Manage and maintain site records, permits, and compliance documentation. * Assist with site inductions and ensure all personnel complete the necessary paperwork. * Track and log deliveries, material orders, and procurement records. πΉ Compliance & Quality Assurance: * Ensure all project documents adhere to quality control standards and audit requirements. * Support Health & Safety documentation, including incident tracking and site records. πΉ Stakeholder Coordination: * Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate efficient document flow. * Act as the main point of contact for document-related queries on-site.
