We are seeking a Digital Construction Manager (SME) to take ownership of the company's digital construction platform (Fieldview) across a portfolio of high‑rise residential projects. This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who knows Fieldview inside out and has proven experience implementing it across a business, specifically within high‑rise residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, management, and optimisation of Fieldview across multiple high‑rise residential projects
- Configure and manage project setup, workflows, forms, and user permissions
- Drive adoption across project teams and subcontractors
- Lead onboarding and deliver training to ensure consistent use across the portfolio
- Develop standardised processes, templates, and reporting
- Monitor usage, QA processes, inspections, and digital sign‑off of works
Requirements
- Extensive, hands‑on Fieldview experience (essential)
- Proven track record of implementing Fieldview across a portfolio of high‑rise residential projects
- Experience onboarding users and delivering training across multiple stakeholders
