Construction Manager – Façade (Trimo Panels) Location: Reading Salary: Competitive + Package We’re seeking a high-calibre Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a complex Trimo panel façade package on a flagship £50m+ scheme in Reading, on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor.. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a highly detailed, architecturally ambitious façade on a major commercial development. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking delivery team at a critical stage of the programme, playing a pivotal role in pushing one of the region’s most exciting projects over the line. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the façade package (Trimo panels) from site setup through to completion * Manage and coordinate specialist subcontractors, ensuring seamless integration with other trades * Take full ownership of QA – ensuring all works are fully documented, inspected, and signed off to the highest standards * Drive programme, quality, and health & safety compliance in line with Tier 1 expectations * Lead interface coordination across design, procurement, logistics, and installation * Report progress to senior leadership and contribute to client/consultant meetings What We’re Looking For * Ambitious, delivery-focused individual with a strong drive to progress within a Tier 1 contractor environment * Proven track record managing façade or cladding packages (ideally including Trimo or other panelised systems) * Strong knowledge of QA systems and processes – this is a critical element of the role * Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills * A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile setting
