I’m currently working with a well-established developer who is looking to appoint a Technical Manager to support the delivery of high-quality residential developments across London. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with a strong pipeline of projects ranging from mid to high-rise residential schemes.
The Role: You’ll take ownership of the technical function across projects, ensuring design is coordinated, compliant, and delivered efficiently from pre-construction through to completion.
