I'm currently working with a leading Tier 1 contractor looking to appoint a Design Manager and Senior Design Manager for a flagship £400m Ministry of Justice project based in the Manchester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major public sector development and play a key role in managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Design Management experience with a Main Contractor
  • Experience delivering large-scale construction projects
  • Strong stakeholder and consultant management skills
  • Ability to manage design programmes, coordination, and technical delivery
  • Experience within public sector, healthcare, defence, justice, commercial, or major mixed-use projects would be advantageous
