Building Services Lead – £500m Residential Project – Paddington, London Partnering with a global Tier 1 powerhouse, we are recruiting a Building Services Lead – Electrical to deliver a super-prime £500m residential project in Paddington, London. Builder: Our client has been established for over 100 years, with a successful track record delivering major projects across the UK, Europe, and Australia. Their portfolio includes commercial, data centres, and public sector projects up to £1 billion, earning them one of the most reputable names in global construction. Their London office has a full workbook for the next 5 years, providing consistent local work in the area, with a 20% increase in headcount and profitability year on year. Role: The scope of this position involves leading the Electrical function of the project, working closely with the MEP Lead to deliver an MEP package valued at approximately £100m. You will lead the electrical packages through an in-depth pre-construction and planning process for the first 10 months, followed by delivery through to early 2028. Technically, you will need to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects of similar scale and value with a major Tier 1 builder, as well as preconstruction exposure on major projects.
