Senior Quantity Surveyor – Cladding & Remediation Division Bromley (Head Office) / London Projects £70,000 – £80,000 Package Immediate Start A leading main contractor, with a turnover exceeding £100 million, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Cladding & Remediation Division. This contractor has established itself as a key player in the market, delivering a variety of complex and high-value schemes across London and the South East. The cladding and remediation arm of the business continues to grow rapidly, with multiple project wins and several new commercial appointments already made this year. The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of multiple façade, recladding, and remediation projects across London. You’ll report to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for managing all commercial aspects from procurement through to final account. Key Responsibilities * Lead the commercial management of cladding and remediation projects across London * Prepare, negotiate, and agree subcontract and supplier packages * Manage cost control, valuations, variations, and change control processes * Produce accurate cost forecasts and maintain project profitability * Support junior members of the commercial team as the division continues to expand * Liaise closely with project and site teams to ensure smooth delivery Requirements * Minimum 7 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment * Proven experience on cladding, façade, or remediation schemes is preffered but not essential * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC / JCT) * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Based within a commutable distance to Bromley with willingness to travel to London projects What’s on Offer * £70,000 – £80,000 per annum (depending on experience) * Comprehensive package and benefits * Opportunity to join a fast-growing division within a highly successful contractor * Strong project pipeline and immediate start available
