We are looking for an Assistant Design Manager to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality student accommodation projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Working closely with the Design Manager, you will help coordinate the design process, manage information flow, and liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure designs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of the design process across multiple student accommodation schemes
- Coordinate consultants and review design information
- Assist with design programmes, workshops, and technical reviews
- Ensure design compliance with planning, building regulations, and employer's requirements
- Help manage design changes and resolve technical queries
- Experience in a design coordination or assistant design management role
