A well-established Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking a strong Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to lead a major cut and carve project in Barnet, North London. The scheme involves the conversion of an existing office block into 220 modern apartments, requiring a manager with proven experience in complex refurbishment and structural alteration projects.

The Role: You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality. Working closely with the design and commercial teams, you’ll manage all subcontractors, oversee sequencing, and drive progress through key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site activities from start to handover.
