They are currently seeking a geotechnical/geoenvironmental engineer looking to develop their skills and experience to work at their office on the outskirts of Exeter, on projects that vary in size and nature both in the south west of England and across the UK. The role will include a mixture of office and site work and will be challenging, varied and interesting.
You will have an undergraduate degree in engineering geology or similar, and preferably have a post‐graduate degree in a geotechnical or geoenvironmental specialism. You will have one or so years’ industry experience with an understanding of UK geology and a basic knowledge of UK construction practice. You will be looking to develop your experience by taking on challenging projects and more responsibility.
Joining them, you will progress your career on a sound technical basis by doing real engineering and environmental consultancy from day one. They won’t limit you to working on desk studies and risk assessments behind the scenes for months on end. You will be able to progress your career rapidly towards Chartership, by gaining real experience of all stages of a project within a supportive team.
