We are keen to encourage our people to help us to grow our talent pool and to encourage referrals from those who already work here to recommend friends, family and others in their network for vacant positions that may become available in the future.
REFERRAL REWARDS
We will pay a referral reward, as outlined below:
- Job Grade 1 - 3: £1,500
- Job Grade 4 - 6: £1,250
- Job Grade 7 - 9: £1,000
Types of referrals:
- Indirect Referrals: You may meet someone who you know would be a great asset to our Group within your network. We recognise that you may not want to contact an individual about an opportunity we have directly; however, you can still refer them to us by providing their name and any details you may have of their current employment, education or training. We can then seek them out on LinkedIn and approach them directly. If they are successfully appointed, you will receive a referral reward (subject to the terms noted).
- Direct Referrals: If you know someone who is a great candidate for a vacancy that we are actively recruiting to and they apply on your referral, you will need to complete the Talent Scout referral form on our ATS. If they are successfully appointed, you will receive a referral reward (subject to the terms noted).
