Henry Boot is one of the UK’s leading land, property development and home building businesses, renowned for transforming land and spaces. Founded in Sheffield in 1886, Henry Boot was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1919. Today, our reputation is built on quality, expertise, delivery and a partnership approach. We focus on three long-term growth markets: residential, industrial and logistics, and urban development. Our group of businesses consists of Hallam Land, HBD, Stonebridge and Banner Plant. Together, we are where great places start.

The role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, supporting the delivery of marketing activity for Stonebridge Homes. This is a hands‑on role, working closely with the Senior Marketing Business Partner and Marketing Project Manager to ensure development‑specific and brand campaigns are well planned, coordinated and delivered to a high standard. You’ll play a key part in bringing our developments to life – supporting digital, site and campaign marketing, maintaining brand consistency, and working with internal teams and external suppliers to drive engagement, visibility and sales performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating and managing social media content, working with agencies and internal teams to deliver engaging, on‑brand storytelling.
  • Supporting website content and email marketing, ensuring listings, imagery and pricing are accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting with events such as showhome launches, including content capture, video briefs and event setup.
  • Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions, working with PR, creative agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Carrying out local market research to help shape effective, targeted marketing strategies.
  • Managing marketing assets, including photography, video libraries and SharePoint content.
  • Undertaking regular site visits to review marketing presence and ensure brand standards are maintained.
  • Monitoring performance and contributing to regular reporting and insights.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and detail‑focused, with a genuine interest in marketing and brand delivery. You’ll be confident working across multiple projects and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience delivering marketing activity across multiple channels.
  • Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail, with strong proofreading skills.
  • Experience using social media platforms and website CMS tools.
  • Confidence using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite (or similar).
  • An analytical mindset, with experience monitoring and reporting on performance.
  • Experience in B2C marketing – ideally within property, real estate or a related sector – would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
