About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, motivated Teaching Assistant to support learners (16-19 years old).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-class and one-to-one support for learners.
  • Assist students with additional learning needs and disabilities.
  • Support engagement, behaviour management, and learning activities.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to meet individual learner needs.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
  • Level 2 Digital Literacy (or willingness to work towards).
  • Experience supporting learners with additional learning needs or disabilities.
  • Understanding of support strategies for students with learning difficulties.
  • EWC FE Learner Support registration.
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
