About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, motivated Teaching Assistant to support learners (16-19 years old).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class and one-to-one support for learners.
- Assist students with additional learning needs and disabilities.
- Support engagement, behaviour management, and learning activities.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to meet individual learner needs.
Requirements:
- Level 2 English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
- Level 2 Digital Literacy (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience supporting learners with additional learning needs or disabilities.
- Understanding of support strategies for students with learning difficulties.
- EWC FE Learner Support registration.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
