Excellent industry knowledge and a proven track record in teaching and the passion to drive student success are essential for this role. The Study Programme Lead role is an opportunity for experienced teachers to take on a role of leading a range of programmes within a vocational area. This includes the design of the programmes to ensure that all aspects are delivered and co-ordinated to ensure the best possible student experience and outcomes and as a result incorporates 360 hours of remission from teaching (pro rata for part time posts) to allow time for these duties. Study Programme Leads play an integral role in ensuring the success and progression of our students through regular tutorials, providing support with finding work experience placements and by ensuring every student is clear about their next steps into work or further study.
