Henry Blue are working with an FE college based in St Albans who are looking for a highly organised, people-focused HE Admissions Coordinator to support their international recruitment and admissions operations. You'll work closely with applicants, agents and colleagues to deliver a first-class admissions experience, while also helping coordinate exciting international summer schools and short-stay programmes.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing HE applications from enquiry to enrolment.
- Supporting international students and education agents throughout the admissions process.
- Coordinating offers, documentation, records and compliance.
- Assisting with CAS and UKVI processes.
- Helping deliver international summer programmes and group visits.
- Producing reports and contributing to continuous improvement across the Admissions team.
What we're looking for:
You'll have experience in admissions, higher education or international education, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Experience with student management systems, UKVI compliance or international recruitment is an advantage.
