We are looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Level 1 and Level 2 programmes, as well as supporting apprentices working towards the Level 2 Property Maintenance Standard. The role involves developing learners’ practical skills, technical knowledge, and workplace behaviours to prepare them for careers in the construction and maintenance sector. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in property maintenance at Levels 1 and 2. * Teach and support apprentices on the Level 2 Property Maintenance Standard. * Track and monitor learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance. * Contribute to curriculum design and ensure teaching reflects current industry practice. * Promote an inclusive learning environment that supports achievement and progression. Essential Skills & Experience: * Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one). * Industry experience and up-to-date knowledge in property maintenance and related trades. * Strong communication, organisational, and assessment skills. * Commitment to learner success and continuous professional development
