Moulton College is looking for an enthusiastic Agriculture Lecturer to join its Landbased & Equine faculty.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience in arable, livestock or farm mechanisation who is passionate about developing the next generation of agricultural professionals.
You'll deliver engaging practical and classroom-based teaching across Further and Higher Education programmes, support learners as a personal tutor, and help shape the future of the agriculture curriculum.
The role includes practical demonstrations, curriculum development, quality assurance, learner recruitment activities, and maintaining high standards of health and safety across teaching environments.
What we're looking for
- HNC (or above) in Agriculture or a related subject, or significant relevant industry experience.
- Strong practical experience in arable farming, livestock production or farm mechanisation.
- Knowledge of modern agricultural practices and farm machinery.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
