Mechanical Engineering/ Motorsport Lecturer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of courses. You will inspire and support learners to reach their full potential and achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging, inclusive and effective lessons and assessments. * Support and guide learners through tutorials and target setting (eILPs). * Monitor and promote learner progress, behaviour and achievement. * Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance processes. * Provide information, advice and guidance to prospective and current students. * Contribute to curriculum development, enhancement and employer engagement. * Attend meetings, CPD and performance reviews as required. * Promote and model the College’s core values: Professional, Passionate, Collaborative, and FREDIE (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement). Requirements: * Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards). * Up-to-date knowledge of subject/vocational area. * Strong classroom management and planning skills. * Ability to motivate and inspire learners of varying abilities. * Commitment to safeguarding and promoting learner welfare.
