Maintenance Engineering Trainer / Assessor Location: Telford Salary: 29,500 32,000 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to move away from the tools and into training? We are working with an established engineering training provider in Telford who is looking for a Maintenance Engineering Trainer / Assessor to train and develop apprentices across mechanical and electrical maintenance. No teaching experience is required. If you re coming directly from industry, full training can be provided, including funded teaching and assessor qualifications. The Role You ll deliver a mixture of practical workshop and classroom-based training, covering areas such as mechanical maintenance, electrical systems, fault finding, preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. You ll also assess apprentices, monitor their progress, provide feedback and support them throughout their programme.
