Would you be interested in helping set up a brand new level 2 engineering apprenticeship? We are working with one of our clients on an exciting opportunity to help set up level 2 Engineering Operative Standard course. The successful applicant would be able to stamp their mark on the new apprenticeship course, and help deliver and assess the coursework. The applicant must have full right to work in the UK, as well as holding FE experience (ideally in the apprenticeships division) in order to be able to help structure the course ready for the first intake in September.

This role involves:

  • Co‐designing and building our new Engineering Apprenticeship programme
  • Developing an engaging, industry‐aligned curriculum that reflects local skills needs
  • Delivering high‐quality teaching, assessment and support to apprentices
  • Embedding innovation, sustainability and real‐world practice into every stage of learning
