We are seeking a Deputy Exams Manager to support the delivery of examination services across an FE college based in North London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the Examinations Department.
  • Ensure compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisation regulations.
  • Support and supervise Exams Officers, Assistants, and Invigilators.
  • Coordinate examination activities across multiple centres.
  • Assist with achievement data processing and reporting.
  • Deliver training and maintain high standards of invigilation and exam administration.
  • Deputise for the Exams Manager when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous examinations experience within an education setting.
  • Strong knowledge of JCQ and awarding body regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing exam processes and supporting staff.
  • An enhanced DBS.
