We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join an Employer Engagement team at an FE college in South London. In this exciting role, you will work with employers across a range of sectors, promoting apprenticeships, commercial training solutions, T-Level engagement, and other workforce development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and exceed sales targets.
- Build and manage relationships with both new and existing employer partners.
- Identify employer training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead employer engagement activities, networking events, and business development campaigns.
- Manage employer accounts and act as a trusted advisor on apprenticeship funding and workforce development.
