Duties
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Complete general building repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Respond to maintenance requests and reported faults.
- Assist with the upkeep of campus buildings and grounds.
- Support the Estates team in maintaining a safe environment.
- Work closely with staff, students, contractors and visitors.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, construction or a trade-based role.
- Experience maintaining buildings and carrying out repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to carry out the physical demands of the role.
- Positive, flexible and proactive approach.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Enhanced DBS check essential.
