We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team at an FE college in East London. You’ll need to hit the ground running, take ownership and be confident working in a high-volume environment.
Key requirements:
- Strong HR and recruitment administration experience
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience
- iTrent experience essential
- Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Education/Further Education experience desirable
