Henry Blue are working with an FE college group who are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality, compliant H&S service across college campuses. Working with the Head of Estates and Health & Safety, you’ll help drive a positive safety culture, ensure legal compliance, and support continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor H&S policies and procedures
  • Lead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations (including RIDDOR)
  • Support managers to improve H&S performance
  • Deliver staff training and promote safety awareness
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports
  • Line manage a Health & Safety Administrator

About You

  • NEBOSH Level 3 (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and risk management
  • Experience in audits, training, and incident investigation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma, CMIOSH, education sector experience
