Are you an experienced Plumbing & Heating professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're working with a well-established FE College seeking a passionate Plumbing & Heating Lecturer to join their growing Building Services department. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Lecturer or an industry professional looking to transition into education and training. You’ll play a key role in developing the next generation of Plumbing & Heating engineers, delivering engaging practical and theory-based sessions across Level 1-3 and apprenticeship programmes.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality practical and classroom-based Plumbing & Heating sessions
  • Support, motivate and develop learners across a range of programmes
  • Deliver engaging lessons aligned to current industry standards
  • Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Promote safeguarding, equality and positive learner outcomes
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive Building Services team

We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Plumbing & Heating qualification or above
  • Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above
  • Strong industry experience within Plumbing / Heating / Gas
  • Ability to deliver both practical and theory sessions
  • Confident using digital learning platforms and resources
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for learner development and education
