We are currently working with a Further Education college based in Leicestershire, who are looking for an Employee Relations Adviser.

This is a temporary role (3-4 months duration), with the possibility of temp to perm.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Experience in handling various employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, etc., is essential.
  2. Understanding of HR in Education is desirable but not essential.

Part-time options are available (3 days per week).
