About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Maths Lecturers to join a college in London. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching in Maths across relevant levels (e.g., Functional Skills and/or GCSE).
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievement.
- Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and teaching resources.
- Support students to achieve their academic goals and progress to further study or employment.
Requirements
- A relevant degree or strong subject knowledge in Mathematics or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience teaching Maths in a further education or secondary education setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
