Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant College-based | 20+ hours per week | Training provided

We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants / Teaching Assistants to work within a college environment, supporting learners to achieve their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced support staff and individuals looking to start a career in education, as full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with a range of learning needs in the classroom
  • Working closely with teaching staff and support teams
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support where required

Requirements:

  • Enhanced Child and Adult DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to commit to 20+ hours per week
  • A positive, reliable, and supportive approach to working with learners
