We ve partnered with an independent apprentice training provider in the area. With a reputation of fantastic working culture, supportive staff and one of the best staff retention rates in the region. Not only will they support your personal development, but you ll become a vital part of their department. This is an opportunity for an experienced CNC Programmer or CNC Machinist to pass on their skills to apprentices. Once trained, you ll spend your time delivering practical workshop sessions, teaching CNC programming and machining, assessing learners and helping develop the next generation of engineers. No teaching experience is needed. If you ve got solid CNC experience, full teacher and assessor training can be provided. We re looking for someone with experience in: * CNC Programming * CNC Milling and/or Turning * Setting and operating CNC machines * Fanuc and/or Siemens controls * Reading engineering drawings * Safe workshop practices Ideally you ll have: * Level 3 Engineering qualification (or above) * Good communication skills * A desire to support and develop apprentices Teaching or assessor qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
