Salary: £14 per hour

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Contract: Temporary, after Easter until the end of the academic year (July)

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant to support students with learning difficulties and disabilities in a classroom environment. You’ll help students engage with their learning and provide additional support to ensure they can achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with learning difficulties and disabilities
  • Assist teachers in delivering learning activities
  • Help students access the curriculum and participate fully in lessons
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Requirements:

  • LSA experience preferred but not essential
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
  • Must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Positive, adaptable, and patient approach to working with students
